Drink water daily — aim for half your body weight in ml. For example, if you weigh 60 kg, drink at least 3,000 ml (3 litres). It curbs hunger and keeps metabolism efficient.
2. Prioritise Protein
Include at least 1.2g of protein per kg of body weight. Protein helps maintain muscle mass and keeps you fuller for longer.
3. Begin with Healthy Fats
Start your mornings with good fats like eggs, nuts, or avocado. They keep energy stable and reduce sugar crashes.
4. Get Sunlight Daily
Aim for 30 minutes of sunlight. It boosts Vitamin D, improves mood, and helps regulate sleep — all of which support weight loss.
5. Walk 8,000 Steps
Forget long cardio sessions — walking 8,000+ steps daily can significantly increase calorie burn and improve heart health.
6. No Eating After Dinner
Avoid post-dinner snacks. This gives your digestive system a break and helps prevent overnight fat storage.
