More than 90 senior executives and experts from across the global cruise industry will come together at Seatrade Cruise Med 2026, scheduled for September 16-17 at Las Palmas Cruise Port, to discuss the future of cruising in the Mediterranean and emerging markets.

Held under the theme “Raising Expectations,” the conference will bring together representatives from cruise lines, ports, tourism authorities and infrastructure companies to explore how the sector can achieve sustainable growth while adapting to changing traveller expectations.

Las Palmas to Host Event for the First Time

The 2026 edition marks the first time Las Palmas Cruise Port, operated by Global Ports Canary Islands, will host Seatrade Cruise Med. Organisers expect the event to attract more than 2,000 delegates and 180 exhibitors, showcasing the latest developments in cruise destinations, port infrastructure, maritime technology and passenger services.
