Rahul Gandhi, Other Opposition Leaders Wish PM Modi on 75th Birthday
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi extended warm birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he turned 75 on Wednesday. On X, he wrote, “Wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji a happy birthday and good health.” Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge also joined in, posting: “Best wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji on his birthday. May he be blessed with good health and long life.”
Other opposition leaders also sent greetings:
Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan: “Warm birthday wishes to Hon’ble PM @narendramodi. Wishing you good health and happiness.” Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav: “Heartfelt birthday greetings to the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, along with best wishes for a healthy, meaningful, harmonious, inclusive, and positive life.”
TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee: “Greetings to Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji on his birthday.”
Nationwide Celebrations
Across the country, BJP-led governments have lined up programmes to mark PM Modi’s birthday, including health camps, cleanliness drives, fairs promoting indigenous products, and gatherings of intellectuals, continuing until October 2.
Born on September 17, 1950, in Vadnagar, North Gujarat’s Mehsana district, PM Modi celebrates his 75th birthday today.
