KRK Arrested in Mumbai Over Alleged Firing at Residential Building.

Actor Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) was arrested by Oshiwara police on Saturday morning following a firing incident reported earlier this month in Andheri, Mumbai. Authorities said KRK admitted the shots were fired from his licensed firearm while he was cleaning it. The weapon has been seized, and legal proceedings are ongoing, confirmed DCP Dikshit Gedam of Zone 9.

The incident occurred on January 18 at Nalanda Society. One bullet landed in a second-floor flat belonging to a writer-director, while the other hit a fourth-floor apartment where a model resides. No injuries were reported.

An 18-member team, led by senior inspector Sanjay Chavan and supported by crime branch units, investigated the case. Initial CCTV footage yielded no leads, but forensic analysis suggested the bullets were fired from KRK’s bungalow, making him the prime suspect.
