Actress Palak Tiwari, best known for the hit track Bijlee Bijlee, recently revealed a personal beauty secret—she relied entirely on her mother Shweta Tiwari’s makeup collection for over a year.
Speaking after walking the ramp as a showstopper at the Bombay Times Fashion Week on Sunday, Palak said, “I have only used her makeup. She didn’t have makeup for a whole year because I stole all her makeup. I’ve taken all my inspiration from my mom—the way I talk, the way I am, my nature. I am exactly like her.”
Sharing her perspective on style, the young actor emphasised comfort over trends. “Fashion for me is comfort. You should be able to move easily and be yourself—that’s when you are most fashionable. Earlier, I felt the need to impress everyone, but now it’s okay if someone doesn’t like my clothes. I want people to like me, not just what I wear,” she added.
Palak first grabbed attention with Bijlee Bijlee alongside Harrdy Sandhu, before making her Bollywood debut in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan starring Salman Khan. She had earlier worked behind the scenes as an assistant director on Antim: The Final Truth and has since built a strong presence in fashion and brand endorsements.
Recently, Palak was spotted on a movie outing with Sara Ali Khan. The two were seen sharing laughs as paparazzi captured the moment. Interestingly, Ibrahim Ali Khan was also seen arriving at the same venue shortly before them, sparking fresh buzz around his rumoured relationship with Palak.
While speculation continues, neither Palak nor Ibrahim has publicly addressed the rumours. Sara, meanwhile, is known to share a warm and friendly equation with Palak, with the two often seen together at social outings.
