Bobby Deol Joins Ahaan Panday and Sharvari in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Action Romance.

After the hit Saiyaara, Ahaan Panday is gearing up for his next film, an action romance directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, co-starring Sharvari. Now, Bobby Deol has joined the cast in a key role, according to Mid Day. He is set to play Ahaan’s adversary, though his character is described as having grey shades rather than being a traditional villain.

A source told Mid Day: “Bobby’s character holds authority, but there’s more than meets the eye. As the story progresses, his grey shades influence his interactions with the hero.” Ali Abbas Zafar and producer Aditya Chopra were clear that Bobby’s role should differ from his recent negative characters in Animal, Aashram, Kanguva, and Alpha.

The team plans a UK recce in December, with shooting starting February 2026 across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds.

Bobby, recently seen in Aryan Khan’s The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, will also appear in Tamil film Jana Nayagan and YRF’s Alpha. With the success of Saiyaara, the makers are reportedly confident about this new venture.
