Unreleased Beyoncé Music, Tour Plans Stolen in Atlanta Car Break-In.

Atlanta police are investigating the theft of computer drives containing unreleased Beyoncé music and concert plans, taken from a rental car just days before the singer’s “Cowboy Carter” tour dates in the city. The incident occurred on July 8, when the rear window of a rental car used by Beyoncé’s choreographer and a dancer was smashed, according to a police report released Monday. The vehicle was parked in Atlanta ahead of the singer’s four-show stint, which began July 10.

Choreographer Christopher Grant, 37, told officers that several bags were missing from the vehicle. Among the stolen items were multiple USB drives said to contain unreleased, watermarked music, choreography footage, and detailed tour documents, including setlists.

Also reported missing were a MacBook, high-end headphones, and several pieces of luxury clothing. Officers later traced signals from the stolen electronics but did not recover any property.

Police said a warrant has been issued for a suspect, who remains at large.

Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album — her first full-length country project — has received critical acclaim for blending genres while spotlighting the overlooked contributions of Black artists to country music. The tour, which began in April, is set to conclude with two final performances in Las Vegas later this month.
