Bihar Assembly Elections: AAP Announces Third List of 28 Candidates.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday released its third list of 28 candidates for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, intensifying its campaign ahead of the two-phase polls scheduled for November 6 and 11, with results on November 14.
Key Candidates in AAP’s Third List
The list features:
- Shashi Bhushan Tiwari – Lauriya
- Arjun Kumar Sinha – Bettiah
- Gaysaudin Samaini – Sugauli
- Ranjan Kumar – Samastipur
This follows AAP’s second list of 48 candidates, announced on Tuesday, which included names like Prem Prapt Singh (Chapra), Rajendra Prasad Singh (Lalganj), Aditya Lal (Purnia), and Inderjeet Jyotikar (Hathua). The first list had 11 candidates.
Other Parties’ Moves
Meanwhile, CPI(ML), part of the Mahagathbandhan, released its list of 20 candidates on Saturday.
The Janata Dal (United), led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, had earlier unveiled its second list of 44 candidates, featuring a mix of sitting MLAs, prominent leaders, and newcomers. Some notable names include:
