Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on Friday along with Ranveer’s parents, seeking blessings ahead of the arrival of their second child.

The visit came a day after Ranveer was seen praying at Lalbaugcha Raja. Deepika, who is pregnant with the couple’s second baby, wore an orange-and-purple kurta set for the temple visit. Ranveer accompanied her in a purple kurta and white trousers.

Temple Visits Ahead of Baby’s Arrival

The couple’s Siddhivinayak visit comes soon after they shared pictures from their latest maternity shoot. It also has a special connection for the family, as Deepika and Ranveer had visited the same temple on September 6, 2024, just two days before their daughter Dua was born.

A day earlier, Ranveer visited Lalbaugcha Raja to offer prayers. The actor, dressed in a pink kurta, was photographed with folded hands in front of the Ganesh idol.

Deepika and Ranveer Expect Second Child

The couple recently celebrated Dua’s second birthday on September 8 by sharing family photographs on social media. The pictures attracted attention from fans, including comments about Dua’s resemblance to Ranveer.

Deepika and Ranveer announced their second pregnancy on April 19 through a joint social media post. The announcement featured their daughter Dua holding a positive pregnancy test and revealed that the baby was expected later this year.

The couple subsequently shared photographs from their maternity shoot, with Deepika prominently displaying her baby bump.

From Ram-Leela to Family Life

Ranveer and Deepika married on November 14, 2018, in Lake Como, Italy. The wedding featured two ceremonies, reflecting Deepika’s Konkani roots and Ranveer’s Sindhi heritage.

The pair first worked together on Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela in 2013 and eventually began dating. After several years together, they got married in 2018. They were reportedly engaged in 2015.

Their daughter Dua was born on September 8, 2024. With the couple now expecting their second child, their recent visits to Siddhivinayak and Lalbaugcha Raja have drawn attention from fans and photographers alike.
