Enforcement Directorate moves court against Arvind Kejriwal for skipping summons

The Enforcement Directorate has filed a fresh complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with the summons issued to him in connection.

With the agency’s probe into the liquor policy case. The complaint has been filed before Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court under Section 174 of IPC for non-attendance in obedience to an order from public servant and Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act for non-compliance with summons issued by the ED.
