Dense Fog Triggers Multi-Vehicle Pile-Ups on Haryana Highways.

Early Sunday, dense fog caused two major pile-ups on Haryana highways, sharply reducing visibility.

In Hisar, a chain collision at Dhiktana Moda on NH-52 involved two Haryana Roadways buses, a dumper truck, a car, and a motorcycle. The accident began when a Kaithal Roadways bus rammed into a dumper truck, followed by another state transport bus. A car and motorcycle later joined the crash. Most passengers escaped unhurt, though the motorcycle rider was injured and hospitalised.

On NH-352 in Rewari, three to four buses collided due to low visibility. Injured passengers were rushed to hospitals. Haryana has been gripped by a cold wave, with temperatures ranging 4°C to 6°C, causing persistent fog and hazardous driving conditions.
