Aamir Khan: ‘I’m Already Married to Gauri, But No Plans to Formalise Yet’
Aamir Khan has opened up about his relationship with Gauri Spratt, saying that while they are deeply committed, marriage is not on the immediate horizon. The couple has reportedly moved into a swanky Mumbai home, close to Aamir’s family residence.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Aamir said, “Gauri and I are really serious about each other. We are partners, we are together. Marriage is something… in my heart, I’m already married to her. Whether we formalise it or not, I will decide as we go along.” He added that the move coincides with the release of his production, Happy Patel, calling it “madness.”
The superstar had publicly confirmed his relationship on his 60th birthday last year, revealing they had known each other for 25 years before reconnecting about a year and a half ago. Gauri, mother of a six-year-old son, now also works with Aamir’s production house.
Aamir’s previous marriages include Reena Dutta (1986–2002) and filmmaker Kiran Rao (2005–2021). He remains on cordial terms with both ex-wives.
For now, Aamir and Gauri are taking their relationship one step at a time, enjoying commitment without formalities.
