Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Admitted to Mohali Hospital After Feeling Unwell

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was admitted to Fortis Hospital Mohali on Sunday for a medical check-up after experiencing discomfort in Sangrur, sources told PTI.

Officials said Mann was immediately brought to the Mohali hospital for evaluation, and doctors are currently monitoring his condition. The hospital has not issued an official statement. Earlier, Mann visited the Shri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiv Mandir in Dhuri, Sangrur, with Arvind Kejriwal to offer prayers on Mahashivratri. Following his hospitalisation, his public engagements in Fazilka were cancelled.

This is not Mann’s first hospital visit. In September 2025, he was admitted due to exhaustion and a low heart rate, and he has previously received treatment at the same hospital for a bacterial infection.
