Ranveer Singh Brings Full-On ‘Dhamaka’ in Explosive Dhurandhar Trailer

Ranveer Singh’s much-awaited action drama Dhurandhar has finally unveiled its trailer, intensifying the buzz around the film. The makers released the trailer on Tuesday during a grand event in Mumbai, attended by the complete star cast, including Ranveer Singh.

The trailer reveals that the film is inspired by true events and centres on escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. Ranveer steps into a rugged, violent avatar as an undercover spy — a role that showcases one of his most intense performances to date. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film also features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and R Madhavan, adding further weight to the ensemble. Packed with heavy-duty action sequences, the trailer promises an adrenaline-filled experience designed to leave viewers with goosebumps.

Dhurandhar 2 on the Cards?

Although an official announcement is yet to be made, reports suggest that Dhurandhar may be structured as a two-part franchise. According to a source quoted by Bollywood Hungama, the first instalment — releasing on December 5 — will end on a crucial cliffhanger, with the story continuing in Part 2. The insider added that Aditya Dhar has shot extensive material, and the team is considering splitting the film due to its length. If finalised, Part 2 is expected to arrive in the first half of 2026.

Dhurandhar will release in theatres on December 5, 2025.
