Arjun Tendulkar Engaged to Business Heiress Saaniya Chandok.
Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, is engaged to Saaniya Chandok, granddaughter of renowned Mumbai hotelier and businessman Ravi Ghai. The private ceremony was attended by close friends and family.
Arjun, 25, is a left-arm fast-bowling all-rounder who plays for Goa in domestic cricket and has represented Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Since his debut in 2020/21, he has featured in first-class, List A, and T20 formats, scoring a century in red-ball cricket and taking 37 wickets.
Saaniya hails from one of Mumbai’s most prominent hospitality families. Her grandfather, Ravi Ghai, chairs Graviss Hospitality Ltd, which owns the InterContinental Marine Drive hotel and the Brooklyn Creamery brand. She is also a director at Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP.
The engagement marks the union of two influential Mumbai families—one with cricketing heritage, the other with a legacy in hospitality.
