‘Still Spinning in Love’: Shilpa Shetty Posts Heartfelt Anniversary Message for Raj Kundra

On their 16th wedding anniversary, Shilpa Shetty marked the occasion with a heartfelt note and a playful video featuring husband Raj Kundra. The actress wrote that they are “still spinning in love” and “still choosing each other,” wishing for “always and forever.”

In the video shared on Instagram, Raj surprises Shilpa with a humorous twist. When he suggests stepping out for their anniversary, Shilpa eagerly agrees—only for Raj to open the door, step just outside, and twirl her around right there. The unexpected moment leaves Shilpa laughing and baffled in equal measure.

“Happy Sweet 16 to US… still spinning in love, still choosing each other. Here’s to always and forever. Happy Anniversary,” she captioned the post.

Shilpa and Raj got engaged in 2009, the same year they co-owned the IPL team Rajasthan Royals. They tied the knot in November that year. Their son Viaan was born in 2012, and in 2020, they welcomed their daughter Samiksha via surrogacy.

Shilpa, who made her acting debut with the thriller Baazigar in 1993, went on to feature in films like Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Jaanwar, Dhadkan, Indian, Rishtey, Phir Milenge, Life in a… Metro, Dus and Apne. She later moved into television, judging popular reality shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Zara Nachke Dikha, Nach Baliye and Super Dancer. She also won the UK reality show Celebrity Big Brother 5 in 2007.
