Trump at UNGA Claims He Ended Seven ‘Unendable’ Wars, Including India-Pakistan.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump told the United Nations General Assembly that he “ended seven unendable wars,” claiming credit for reducing global conflicts during his tenure. Among them, he included the decades-long tensions between India and Pakistan.

Trump said his administration pursued “peace through strength” and delivered results that past governments could not. He cited his efforts in the Middle East, including the Abraham Accords, as proof of his peacemaking record.

The reference to India and Pakistan, however, has raised eyebrows. The two nuclear-armed neighbours continue to face unresolved disputes, particularly over Kashmir. During Trump’s presidency, he repeatedly offered to mediate between New Delhi and Islamabad, though India rejected outside involvement.

Trump did not explain how he believed his administration had ended the conflict, leaving his UNGA remarks open to debate.
