Udhayanidhi Stalin Mocks EPS for Forgetting Dravidam, Criticizes Sengottaiyan’s Party Switch.
Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin launched a scathing attack on AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) and former minister Sengottaiyan, accusing them of abandoning Dravidian ideals and acting under Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s influence.
Referring to Governor R.N. Ravi’s remark that Dravidam is “an imagination,” Udhayanidhi said EPS claimed he “didn’t know about Dravidam” and suggested asking intellectuals instead. He accused Palaniswami of forgetting not just Dravidam, but also MGR and Anna.
Udhayanidhi alleged that AIADMK leaders compete over loyalty to Amit Shah rather than Tamil Nadu, claiming Palaniswami’s meetings with Shah involved “swapping several cars.” He also mocked Sengottaiyan for claiming a spiritual trip while meeting Shah before joining another party.
“AIADMK leaders aren’t changing parties—they’re just switching branches,” he said, adding that debates in most parties focus on capability, but in the AIADMK, it’s about showing loyalty to Amit Shah.
