Shweta was reportedly emotional as she returned to Varanasi, a city central to Mirzapur’s universe. She said:

“Golu has been a part of my life for many years. Varanasi is like my second home—so many milestones of my career are tied to this city. Its people, food, and warmth always pull me back.”

Her trainer Tridev Pandey, also from Varanasi, adds a personal connection to her shoot.
