Democrats Release Alleged Trump Note to Epstein; White House Issues Denial.

Washington, D.C. — Congressional Democrats on Monday released what they claim is a handwritten note from former President Donald Trump to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, describing it as “suggestive” and raising fresh questions about the extent of Trump’s past ties to Epstein.

The note, which lawmakers said was obtained through newly unsealed court documents, allegedly contains language that Democrats argue points to a closer relationship between the two men. They did not provide details on how the note was authenticated.

The White House swiftly rejected the claim, calling it “a baseless political stunt.” In a statement, Press Secretary [Name] said: “President Trump has made clear he had no inappropriate relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Any suggestion otherwise is false, irresponsible, and politically motivated.”

Republican allies also dismissed the release as an election-year tactic, accusing Democrats of weaponizing Epstein’s notoriety. “This is about headlines, not facts,” said one GOP lawmaker.

Epstein, who was facing federal charges of sex trafficking, died in a New York jail in 2019 in what authorities ruled a suicide. His past associations with prominent figures — including Trump, former President Bill Clinton, and Britain’s Prince Andrew — continue to draw scrutiny.

Democrats said the note adds to what they call a pattern of troubling connections and urged further investigation. The White House countered that the administration remains focused on governance and accused Democrats of distraction politics.

The authenticity of the note has not been independently verified.
