Azaya Beach Resort Goa Appoints Vipul Mohan as General Manager
Azaya Beach Resort Goa has announced the appointment of Vipul Mohan as its new General Manager, reinforcing its leadership as a boutique luxury destination in South Goa.
Mohan brings with him extensive experience across leading global hospitality brands, including Radisson Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Over the course of his career, he has built strong expertise in hotel operations, pre-opening strategy, and asset management, while successfully leading properties through phases of growth and transformation.
In his new role, Mohan will oversee the resort’s overall operations and strategic direction, with a focus on strengthening its positioning as a lifestyle-led luxury retreat. His mandate includes enhancing guest engagement and delivering more curated, personalised experiences aligned with evolving traveller expectations.
Commenting on his appointment, Mohan said the resort represents a distinctive blend of design, culture and immersive hospitality, and that he aims to further elevate guest journeys through intuitive and experience-driven offerings.
Situated along the pristine Benaulim coastline, Azaya Beach Resort Goa is known for its “world without walls” concept—an approach that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces to create fluid, immersive environments. Drawing inspiration from Maldivian aesthetics and Portuguese design influences, the property offers a mix of contemporary luxury and local cultural character.
