Epstein Report Reveals New Rape Allegation Against Trump, Names 11 Women

US House Democrats have released a new report detailing allegations of rape and sexual assault against President Donald Trump in connection with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The document also accuses the US Justice Department of withholding evidence and calls for an independent investigation into Epstein’s alleged associates.

The 53-page report, released on Monday by Democratic staff of the House Judiciary Committee, discusses allegations involving 11 women. According to the report, five women have directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in connection with Epstein.

One of the most prominent accounts concerns Beatrice Keul, a model and former Miss Switzerland, who alleged that Trump raped her at New York’s Plaza Hotel in November 1993, when she was 24.

According to TIME, which reviewed the report, Keul told congressional staff that she met Trump at a press luncheon associated with the American Dream Pageant. She alleged that Trump offered to help her obtain a US visa and gain admission to New York University through his associate Paolo Zampolli.

Keul also said she spoke with Epstein at the event and recalled him saying that he had organised “many parties with Don”.

Later that day, according to her account, Trump invited her to a hotel suite, where she alleged he raped her, leaving her bleeding and bruised. She further claimed that he asked her to remain silent while reiterating offers to assist with her visa and university admission.

Keul said her passport had been taken upon her arrival in the United States, preventing her from immediately leaving the pageant. After returning to Switzerland, she declined to participate in another Trump-sponsored pageant in Hawaii several weeks later, the report states.

The White House rejected the allegations. Spokeswoman Lauren Bis said Trump had been “fully exonerated of anything related to Epstein” and characterised the report as a political effort to distract Americans from the administration’s record. Trump has repeatedly denied wrongdoing connected to Epstein.

What Does the Epstein Report Allege?
The report, released by Representative Jamie Raskin, the committee’s top Democrat, draws on interviews with women, FBI records and documents made available under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Alongside Keul’s account, the document discusses allegations previously made by four other women who accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in connection with Epstein.

These include Stacey Williams, who alleged that Trump groped her in his Trump Tower office while Epstein was present, and Jill Harth, who accused Trump of forcibly kissing and fondling her at Mar-a-Lago.

The report also refers to a woman identified as Katie Johnson, who told the FBI that Trump and Epstein raped her in 1994, when she was 13. The allegation has not been established as a court finding.

Another woman, identified as “Jane”, told the FBI that Epstein introduced her to Trump when she was 14. The report alleges that Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking, attempted to direct some women towards Trump.

The inclusion of these accounts in the report does not establish that the alleged incidents occurred as described. Trump has denied wrongdoing related to Epstein.

Democrats Accuse Justice Department of Withholding Evidence
Raskin has called for the appointment of an independent special counsel to investigate the allegations and examine the Justice Department’s handling of Epstein-related records.

Democrats have raised concerns about Attorney General Todd Blanche’s conduct during Maxwell’s prison interview in July 2025, when Blanche was serving as deputy attorney general.

According to the report, Blanche interrupted Maxwell at least three times when the discussion turned to “Jane”. On one occasion, he reportedly said, “Let’s not talk about individuals.”

Democratic staff argue that the exchange warrants scrutiny over whether the interview was properly conducted and whether relevant information was withheld. They have raised questions about possible witness interference or obstruction, although no charges have been announced in connection with that allegation.

Raskin has also accused the Justice Department of withholding evidence and restricting inquiries into Epstein’s possible accomplices.

“The women who survived Epstein deserve to be heard,” Raskin said, according to Anadolu Agency, while calling for the release of legally required records and an independent investigation into Epstein’s alleged co-conspirators and the department’s handling of the case.

Paolo Zampolli Also Named in the Report
The document also examines Paolo Zampolli, a modelling agent and longtime Trump associate who recently held a diplomatic position in the Trump administration.

Citing FBI records contained in the Epstein files, Democratic staff allege that Zampolli helped arrange US visas for young female models before they encountered Epstein.

One account concerns an 18-year-old model whose visa was allegedly arranged before she was recruited to give Epstein a massage. According to the report, she later alleged that Epstein raped her.

The report characterises Zampolli as an active participant in the alleged trafficking network. These claims remain allegations and have not been established in court.

The references to Zampolli form part of the broader questions raised by Democrats about the individuals who may have facilitated Epstein’s access to women and the extent to which those activities were investigated.

Why Has the Report Been Released Now?
The report was published just over a week before the November 3 US midterm elections, placing the Epstein case back in the political spotlight.

Democrats are seeking to highlight how they would exercise congressional oversight if they regain control of the House of Representatives. At present, they lack the majority needed to control committee investigations.

If Democrats win the House, Raskin could become chairman of the Judiciary Committee, giving him greater authority to seek documents and compel testimony through subpoenas.

However, the proposal for a special counsel faces a separate obstacle because the appointment would fall to the attorney general, whose handling of the matter is itself criticised in the report.

The dispute centres not only on the allegations against Trump and other individuals but also on whether federal authorities have fully investigated Epstein’s network and disclosed the relevant records.

Epstein Case Continues to Raise Questions
Jeffrey Epstein died in a New York jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges. His death intensified scrutiny of his associates and the circumstances surrounding his alleged abuse network.

Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for her role in the sexual abuse and trafficking of minors and is serving a prison sentence.

The latest Democratic staff report adds another chapter to the continuing controversy over the Epstein files. It raises questions about the treatment of witnesses, the disclosure of evidence and whether authorities have adequately investigated people who may have assisted Epstein.

The allegations detailed in the report remain subject to scrutiny, and their inclusion in a congressional document should not be interpreted as proof of criminal wrongdoing. The central questions now concern the evidence available, the extent of its disclosure and whether further independent investigation will follow.
