JPMorgan’s Lorna Hajdini dismisses ‘sex slave’ claims as false and fabricated

Lorna Hajdini has denied allegations made against her in a lawsuit filed by a former colleague, describing the claims as “fabricated” and maintaining that she has never engaged in any misconduct or visited the location where the alleged incident was said to have occurred.

In a response issued through her lawyers to New York Post, Hajdini pushed back against accusations outlined in a case filed earlier this week under a pseudonym in New York.

The lawsuit alleges that Hajdini, an executive director in JPMorgan Chase’s leveraged finance team, subjected the complainant to abuse and coercion. Details of the case were first reported by Daily Mail, citing a court filing that was later withdrawn for corrections.

JPMorgan has also rejected the allegations, stating that an internal review by its HR and legal teams found no evidence to support the claims. The bank said the investigation included analysis of emails and phone records, and noted that while multiple employees cooperated, the complainant declined to participate or provide key information.

According to sources quoted by New York Post, the complainant had previously filed an internal grievance in May 2025 alleging workplace harassment, before attempting to negotiate a multi-million settlement to exit the firm. The lawsuit also names the bank, accusing it of retaliation and failure to properly investigate.

The report further highlighted that the complainant did not report directly to Hajdini, with both employees working under separate managing directors—raising questions over claims that she had influence over his compensation.

Colleagues have described Hajdini as a strong performer, while those familiar with the matter say the allegations have impacted her reputation. She continues to work at the bank and is also involved with Minds Matter.

No trial date has been set, and the case remains ongoing.
