Russia fires 524 drones, 22 missiles at Ukraine in overnight assault, says Kyiv air force

Russia launched 524 drones and 22 missiles in overnight strikes targeting Ukraine, the Ukrainian air force said on Monday.

Air defence systems intercepted or neutralised 503 drones and four missiles, the air force said in a Telegram post, adding that the primary target of the attack was the city of Dnipro and the surrounding region.
