Salman Khan was once again part of his family’s annual Ganpati celebrations as he joined relatives and friends for the visarjan festivities at his brother Sohail Khan’s residence.
The actor participated in the prayers and was also seen spending time with his niece Ayat Sharma, daughter of Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma, during the family gathering.
Iulia Vantur Performs Aarti
Salman’s close friend Iulia Vantur was among those attending the celebrations. She was seen performing the aarti as the Khan family prepared to bid farewell to Ganpati Bappa. Iulia has often been seen at Salman’s family gatherings and festive occasions, and her presence at the Ganpati celebrations has once again caught the attention of fans.
Varun Sharma’s Playful Exchange With Salman
Actor Varun Sharma, popularly known as Choocha from the Fukrey franchise, also attended the celebrations. A video from the event showed Varun greeting Salman and touching his feet. Another clip captured a light-hearted moment between the two actors as they waited for the Ganpati prayers.
While Varun was taking time to pray, Salman jokingly asked, “Aur kitna wish mangega?” Varun immediately broke into laughter. The playful interaction has since been widely shared on social media, with fans reacting to the candid moment between the actors.
Salman Khan’s Ganpati Tradition
Ganpati celebrations have been a long-standing tradition for the Khan family. Salman has frequently participated in the family’s aarti and visarjan ceremonies, often joining his parents, siblings, relatives and friends. Sohail and Arbaaz Khan, Arpita Khan Sharma and other members of the extended family have also been regular participants in the festivities.
This year, Salman was seen sporting a bandana as he attended the celebrations at Sohail’s home before taking part in the visarjan ceremony.
Salman Khan’s Upcoming Projects
On the professional front, Salman Khan was last seen in Sikandar. He has also appeared in cameo roles in Raja Shivaji and 7 Dogs. His upcoming projects include Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, previously titled Battle of Galwan, in which he plays Indian Army officer Colonel B. Santosh Babu.
He is also set to star opposite Nayanthara in Vamshi Paidipally’s upcoming action film, tentatively titled SVC63, which is slated for an Eid 2027 release.
Meanwhile, Salman is also reportedly working on Kick 2.
