Aishwarya Rai Back in Mumbai After Paris Fashion Week, Tells Paparazzi: ‘Yeh Sab Bandh Kijiye…’

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back in Mumbai after her appearance at Paris Fashion Week.

The actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport in the early hours of Wednesday, September 30, where she greeted photographers and briefly interacted with fans before leaving for home.

Aishwarya smiled and waved at the paparazzi as she walked through the airport. She also stopped for photographs and posed with fans. During the interaction, she appeared to ask the photographers to wrap things up, saying, “Aao group mein. Chaliye, yeh sab bandh kijiye.”

The actress kept her airport look casual, wearing a long trench coat with flared jeans and a top as she made her way to her car.

Aishwarya was in Paris for L’Oréal Paris’ annual fashion show, held on September 28 at Place Joffre near the Eiffel Tower and École Militaire.

She walked the runway in a dramatic black couture outfit and surprised fans with a new red hair colour. Her appearance quickly drew attention on social media and at the fashion event.

The show also featured a surprise appearance by Celine Dion, who closed the event with a performance.

Aishwarya Rai’s Last Film

Aishwarya was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan II, released in April 2023. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the Tamil historical drama is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s celebrated novel.

The actress played dual roles as Nandini and Oomai Rani, sharing the screen with Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha Krishnan, Sobhita Dhulipala and Aishwarya Lekshmi.

The film continued the story of the Chola dynasty and followed Arulmozhi Varman amid the political struggles surrounding the royal family. A.R. Rahman composed the music, while Ravi Varman handled cinematography.
