Playback singer Sonu Nigam has sold a 1.067-hectare land parcel in Karjat, part of Mumbai 3.0, for ₹95 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The transaction comes a month after Nigam sold multiple land parcels totalling around 1.9 hectares in the same area for ₹1.95 crore in April 2026.
MULTIPLE ADJOINING PARCELS SOLD
The latest deal involves five adjoining land parcels located in Savele village, Karjat. Together, they account for 1.067 hectares of land and were sold for a combined ₹95 lakh.
The transaction was registered on May 12, with stamp duty of ₹5.7 lakh paid, the documents show.
Individual parcels were sold as follows:
0.21 hectare to four buyers for ₹20 lakh
0.215 hectare to two buyers for ₹20 lakh
0.225 hectare to one buyer for ₹20 lakh
0.20 hectare to two buyers for ₹17 lakh
0.217 hectare to one buyer for ₹18 lakh
PREVIOUS KARJAT DEALS
In April 2026, Nigam sold four land parcels in Karjat totalling over 1.9 hectares for ₹1.95 crore in separate transactions, also registered on April 7.
Earlier, in February 2026, Agam Kumar Nigam purchased a 1,197 sq m property with a ground-plus-one structure in Mumbai’s Madh Island for ₹10 crore, according to registration records. In 2025, Sonu Nigam also leased a commercial property in Santacruz East on a five-year agreement worth over ₹12.61 crore.
