Alia Bhatt is turning up the intensity ahead of the release of Alpha. The actor recently shared a video of her gruelling workout session, giving fans a peek into the rigorous training she’s undergoing for the action thriller.

Calling them her “Alpha mornings,” Alia’s latest fitness reel showcases a mix of functional and strength-based exercises aimed at improving power, endurance and agility. The workout features everything from kettlebell drills and battle ropes to rowing, landmine presses and explosive box jumps.

One of the highlights of the session sees Alia performing battle rope exercises while holding a deep squat, a challenging move that tests shoulder endurance, core stability and lower-body strength.
